The Composer

I'm Stanislav DariDai, a composer and sound designer who transforms stories into sound. At Fables Monster Studio I score tabletop RPG adventures and design the sonic worlds they inhabit.

My work spans original soundtracks, ambient environments, and immersive sound effects. I blend synthetic soundscapes, processed guitars, and retro synthesizers to create unique sonic experiences.

How It Works

A structured workflow keeps scope, sound, and deadlines clear — from first mood references to final delivery.

Discovery

We talk about your project's tone, story beats, key scenes, and practical needs (loops, stingers, ambience, trailer). You share reference tracks — what you like and what to avoid.

Scope & Quote

You receive a short scope document: total minutes / number of cues, deliverables (loops, stems, formats), revision policy, timeline, and price.

Agreement & Deposit

30%

We sign a contract covering scope, schedule, payment terms, and licensing. The deposit secures production time and unlocks the first writing sprint.

Sketches

Direction Lock

I deliver short drafts (themes / mood pieces) to confirm we're aligned before going deep on production. This stage is designed to prevent costly pivots later.

Production & Revisions

Up to 3 rounds

I produce the full tracks and iterate with you. Revisions are handled in clear rounds based on consolidated feedback (notes + timestamps).

Final Mix & Master

All approved tracks are mixed and mastered for your target platform (game/VTT/streaming). Final payment (70%) is due before file handover.

Delivery & Paperwork

You receive the final package (WAV + MP3, and stems/loops if included) plus a signed license/rights document and an invoice/receipt.

Project Complete!

Portfolio use: Unless otherwise agreed, I may showcase the work in my portfolio (typically after your public release). NDA/embargo options are available.

Licensing

Licensing Options

Choose the option that fits your release strategy. All options are available for games, TTRPG products (PDF/print), VTT modules (Foundry/Roll20), trailers, ads, store pages, crowdfunding campaigns, and update patches.

Most Common

Standard Project License

You get a perpetual, worldwide commercial license to use the music inside your project and its marketing.

Included

  • Editing for implementation (cuts, loops, fades)
  • Sync to video
  • Public playback in streams/actual plays of your project

Not included

Reselling the music as a standalone product (OST). Add an OST license to enable this.
Branding

Exclusive License

Same as Standard, but I agree not to reuse these tracks for other clients. Useful for branding or achieving a "signature sound."

  • All Standard License rights
  • Exclusive usage — tracks won't be licensed to others
  • Ideal for franchise identity
Custom

Buyout / Rights Transfer

You receive the broadest control: extended rights/assignment terms for masters and/or compositions. Priced individually.

Included

  • Full rights transfer (where legally applicable)
  • Maximum control for long-term franchising
  • Custom terms negotiated per project

OST & Streaming Platforms

An OST is a separate product from in-game music. Choose how you want to handle the soundtrack release:

Default-Friendly

Composer-Released OST

I release the soundtrack on my artist profiles and include it in my catalog. You may promote it as the official soundtrack for your project.

Embargo until your release can be added.

Your Brand

Client-Released OST License

You release the OST under your label/brand on streaming platforms and stores.

Pricing depends on scope (masters, distribution, admin requirements).

Hybrid

Revenue Share OST

Lower upfront OST fee combined with a revenue split from OST income.

Terms defined in the contract.

Content ID / Claims

If you plan heavy YouTube usage, we can agree on a Content ID approach (opt-out or whitelisting) to avoid accidental claims on your channels/partners.
